What you will do
- Map business capabilities, system boundaries, data flows and interfaces to identify duplicated investment and barriers to coordination.
- Analyze data quality and use cases. Define data ownership, quality rules and service contracts.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture, data product and application integration designs, clarifying the order of change, dependencies and operating costs.
- Create architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, use-case requirements and roadmaps. Work with business and technology teams to review implementation readiness.
What you will bring
- A foundation in information technology, data analysis or a related discipline, with an understanding of data models, system interfaces and technical constraints.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, write clear documentation and communicate with both business and technology colleagues.
- Familiarity with one or more approaches to data governance, enterprise architecture or product operations.
- Attention to data security and authorization boundaries, and the discipline to work within approved access.
Additional experience we value
- Experience with energy industry IT/OT systems, data platforms or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, APIs or data quality analysis tools.
